Required skills:
- Skilled in strategic and tactical planning;
- Skilled in building efficient organizational structures utilizing transparent mechanisms of goals setting;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Skilled in people management;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the IT field;
- Knowledge of the features of the IT field;
- Completed courses or education in management.
Responsibilities:
- Implement company personnel policy;
- Monitor personnel motivation level and take actions to increase it;
- Handle performance reviews and encourage the professional growth of personnel;
- Work in tight cooperation with sales both on long-term strategical planning and short-term tactical initiatives;
- Long-term planning of The Teamwork, including resources workload;
- Planning of required employment, training, promotions, empowerment, and dismissal;
- Tracking the teams` working hrs and reporting on it.
