Junior UX/UI Designer

Required skills:
- 1+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design of interfaces for web and mobile applications;
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Tools;
- Deep knowledge of UI design, UX principles, information architecture, and ability to generate design ideas;
- Strong understanding of mobile design guidelines, design systems, and responsive design principles;
- Ability to design user interaction experience based on competitor analysis, research, and user needs;
- Experience in wireframing and prototyping;
- Ability to present and argue design decisions and be flexible in the search for alternative options;
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills;
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects;
- Upper-Intermediate English level and excellent presentation skills;
Will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with the development team;
- Experience with API documentation and backend responses;
- Experience with working collaboratively in cross-functional teams;
- Experience in developing and creating logos, corporate identity, and project branding or evolving/improving an existing style;
- Experience in creating, designing, and packaging marketing materials/resources, such as presentations, creatives, and social media posts;
- Experience with animation and motion design using tools like Adobe After Effects or Lottie;
