IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who knows how to make business and candidates happier in their match, who has a big desire to grow and develop together with US.

Required skills:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment in an outstaffing company;
  • Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;
  • Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback;
  • Excellent user of LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.;
  • Good knowledge of X-Ray, Boolean Search, and other search methods;
  • Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Experience with databases and CRM systems;
  • Ability to create job descriptions and deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs;
  • Ability to solve different recruitment-related questions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • English Level – Intermediate+.
