We are looking for an IT Recruiter who knows how to make business and candidates happier in their match, who has a big desire to grow and develop together with US.
Required skills:
- 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment in an outstaffing company;
- Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;
- Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback;
- Excellent user of LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.;
- Good knowledge of X-Ray, Boolean Search, and other search methods;
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Experience with databases and CRM systems;
- Ability to create job descriptions and deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs;
- Ability to solve different recruitment-related questions;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- English Level – Intermediate+.
