Business Analyst (BA)

Required skills:
- 1.5+ years of experience working as a business analyst on IT projects;
- Experience in the development of BA deliverables for Mobile/Web solutions;
- Ability to manage the process of collecting information at different stages of the project;
- Understanding of different types of requirements and practical experience in describing them;
- Strong knowledge of requirements lifecycle and requirements analysis and management activities;
- Experience with key BA techniques (interview, workshop, document review, assessment, etc.);
- Deep understanding of Agile development processes (e.g. Scrum) and active participation in such processes as a Business Analyst;
- Experience in problem-solving and risk assessment from a BA perspective;
- Upper Intermediate+ English skills, both written and spoken;
Will be a plus:
- Practical experience in planning BA activities from scratch;
- Proven technical background;
Responsibilities:
- Support calls with client to determine business needs;
- Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Analyze and assess risks and suggest possible ways to avoid them;
- Help team to analyze and estimate implementation efforts;
- Be able to drive requirements elicitation from scratch and support when change required;
- Support development team on requirements during full development cycle;
- Report about ongoing tasks status;
