This is a modern apartment search platform.
LRED&PM is a visionary lifestyle property management and experiential brand that redefines communal living. It aims to create an unmatched lifestyle experience by seamlessly integrating community living, cutting-edge technology, and exceptional services. The central focus lies in enriching living experiences, fostering connections among like-minded individuals, and delivering comprehensive property management solutions for both landlords and residents. At its core, LRED&PM offers a web platform that allows landlords to showcase their properties for rent, while tenants can easily find and secure their ideal homes.

Development and implementation

Working under stringent time constraints, the project demanded a swift and meticulous approach to development. The project started with a thorough discussion of the main functional and non-functional requirements with a ready-made UI/UX design on the owner’s side.

Backend development began based on these requirements, with the front-end team integrated a month later. Backend development commenced promptly, leveraging technologies like Docker, PostgreSQL, Python, Fast API, Celery, and SQLAlchemy. The focus was on creating a robust infrastructure to support the platform’s core functionalities.

Within a month, the frontend team joined the project. They utilized JavaScript, React, Axios, Material UI, HTML, CSS, Git, Figma, and Redux to craft an intuitive user interface that seamlessly connected with the backend.

To ensure a high-quality product, testing was conducted in parallel with development. This approach allowed for the identification and resolution of bugs promptly. The project management responsibilities were also handled by our team, ensuring alignment with the tight schedule.
