ABOUT THE PROJECT

DearGarden is a mobile application designed to help people care for their plants in a more mindful and structured way. The product combines plant tracking, reminders, and a clean, calming interface to support users in building consistent plant-care habits.

When we joined the project, the client was at the MVP stage. The internal team included a Designer and a React Native developer. However, development velocity was slowing down, and releases were blocked due to resource limitations.

That’s when our team stepped in.
